Today during Religious Education, we have been learning about what is Lectio Divina. We as a class had been working together and had found out different meanings about Lectio Divina. But firstly we read a small scripture from the Bible and it was a reading from the Colossians 3: 12 - 15, and after that we had to choose more than one words and write a short prayer about it. These are the words that relates to me and that caught my eye while we were reading the scripture. Although, they are the two words that I wanted God to help me with.
*Compassion - Dear Heavenly Father, You wanted us to show compassion and I would like you to help me show it and maybe others around me. Help me to also spread and develop everything that’s about compassion.
Amen
*Forgiveness - Dear Lord, help me to forgive others because that is my challenging part. Although can you help me to understand tolerance around people and to forgive them in any situation.
