To be a Smart Learner you have to concentrate on your learning.  Also you must obey the rules. To be a Smart  learner is keeping on the right track and listening carefully if the teachers are talking to someone,  this is so important. Also use your virtues to one another and also have your stuff ready before school starts. To be responsible for everything you do.
